What a great valentines week end! I was born on Valentine's Day. So it has a special place in my heart. Unfortunately I had a lot of work that has to be done at the office. The up side was I am now have seven active accepted offers waiting to close in the next three months. People often ask me how is the market. I have to say fine. Not just to keep optimistic but it is the truth. My sales have been doing nothing but going up and up. Now the market is a very different place then it use to be. So many realtors that use to be the best in town just can't make ends meet. Is that because they are bad realtors? No it is because they did not change with the times. People often ask me why do you do well when others do not. I keep up with my market in Watertown, WI, and I listen to the people. What makes them tick, how do they communicate, what do they want from me. People change ant so do their expectations. I must change with them. That is my gole.
