Real Estate Investing: ROSARITA, MEXICO - The Next Investment Frontier

Where else can you go and buy beachfront property for less than $1Million

Five years ago, a law was passed by the Mexican government allowing foreigners to OWN property in Mexico.  Rosarita, Mexico is one of those cities. Imagine waking up every morning and seeing this view from your bedroom!

This could be your view from your bedroom window each nite!  Rosarita is only three hours drive from Long Beach.  That's with light to medium traffic on the 405 and 5 Freeways, and medium to heavy traffic on Mexico's Highway #1.  There are many American citizens living in Rosarita that own thier homes.  There are condo complexes going up on the oceanfront.  Property value has increased dramatically in the last five years.  Two years ago, an oceanfront lot in Miramar was being sold for $75,000.  The same lot is going for $250,000.  This is the investor's paradise!

Donald Trump is invested heavily in Mexico.  In fact he is building a condo complex north of Rosarito!

I"m trying to imagine, I'm trying to imagine. I have a nice view of the Mississippi river, but a far cry from that. Beautiful. Maybe I can get my brother, who just retired at 59 to invest a little.

Christopher, Bob & Carolyn -

Any view of the Pacific Ocean is a worth a million bucks!  Fortunately, there are still places in the world where we can find it for less than what it would cost on the California coast!  Staying in a beautiful home in Rosarito situated on the beach was such a wonderful experience!  We deserve this!  That is the reason why there are many complexes being built.  We can all be part of that experience!

Marie, when you talk about owning real estate on the coast in Mexico are you referring to a fideicoismo? I feel like there is still a lot of confusion about beach front property ownership in Mexico.
