new construction buying and building

As a Builder and Realtor, i notice a lot of bad builders... Dont be fooled in to buying a property almost finished... from a builder that is going out of business!!! make sure they can cover issues and defects..

Its a great time to build if you can...    we can build a home for almost 20% less then a few years ago..

labor and material has come down....
