Adams County Pa Home Sale Stats

Education & Training with Glasswork Media Arts

The home stats for January 2010, for the Adams County Pennsylvania area have just come out with some good news. 36 homes were sold in Adams County in January of 2010, that relects an icrease of 33%. However it also needs to be noted that the median home price of $173,000 reflects a 4% decrease from last year. January is typically a slow month for real estate in Adams County Pennsylvania, so the increase in sales could very well be due to the homebuyers tax credit currently in effect. In any event, any good news is welcomed.

I don't see continued decrease. I think we are at the bottom.

That's a great increase in sales!  All things considered, your decrease isn't too bad!  Never been to Gettysburg, hope to see it some day!
