By Tim Sawyer, President of Astonish Results
Very few people carry the level of energy and passion to the workplace as I do. Tony Alessandra is one of those rare breeds of insurance professionals who have a tireless work ethic, sharp marketing mind, and a keen grasp of critical business functions. That said, his family-minded approach to insurance is what truly makes him special.
My personal attachment to Insurance Solutions and Tony Alessandra was created a few years ago after working intimately with the agency's staff on a number of culture-changing techniques and skills. With over 11,000 clients, Tony has been "killing it" with the Astonish Results insurance marketing system in Mission Viejo, CA for some time. Clearly at the top of their game, Insurance Solutions was recently named the e-Marketing Agency of the Month by Rough Notes magazine, a well-deserved honor that makes me incredibly proud.
If you know the history, Tony's father ran Insurance Solutions before him. The agency's legacy was in danger when leads and inbound calls were drying up and traditional marketing techniques failed. Tony was smart enough to know that he needed a digital marketing and management system for his business, but assembling ten different technology vendors to do ten different things was proving increasingly complicated. He saw an ad for Astonish Results in Rough Notes (coincidentally), made the call, and we've been partners ever since.
One story the Rough Notes article references captures the essence of Insurance Solutions's business culture. Following Tony's lead, his staff spent a day last year spreading cheer at the home of a client whose father was too weak from cancer to string lights and hang decorations for the holidays. This is just one of many good deeds Mr. Alessandra has inspired.
From the entire Astonish Results team - and myself especially - we wish a HUGE congratulations to Tony Alessandra and Insurance Solutions for the well-deserved recognition.
