I have been getting more calls from some of my buyers who are looking for investment properties. I am glad to see things starting to get back to a more normal market. Anyone else seeing their investor clients starting to get active again?

Yes, I am seeing it as well. I imagine some of it is due to the Moratorium on the 90 day FHA seasoning rule for 1 year. Although I have heard rumblings that many lenders and investors are not agreeing with that rule and still make it difficult for the investors to purchase when the title changed hands in under 90 days
That's great news, Scott. As a stager and photographer, I've been running like crazy lately! And just had the last two properties I staged in the last 10 days sell. Yay!
Phone started ringing again at the beginning of February. I look forward to getting back at it!!
