While not being a Realtor, I can understand what it's like to get phone calls at the most inopportune times and or not being able to answer them.  And then in your mind you wonder if you've missed a potential buyer.  What happens when you're out of town, or with another client. You don't want to be rude to another client, but you don't want to lose a client either.  What to do to solve this problem?  Excuse yourself while you take the phone call, don't take the phone call and hope the potential buyer will leave a call back number?  There is a solution to this.  What if you could get the information to a potential buyer, capture their phone number for a follow up, and still continue with your current client uninterrupted.  The answer is to use mindseye TxT2Look.  This great technology allows potential buyers to get the information on your listings as they stop in front of a house even if the flyer box is empty, 24/7. Your phone doesn't ring, but you capture their phone number.  I think you'll find the cost (which is as low as $2.95/listing/month) worth more than fillng up the flyer box, which doesn't give you any information about a potential buyer.  This is brought to you by the people that also bring you professional world class San Antonio Virtual tours,    AlamoAreaVirtualTours.com

Active Rain is national.  360mindseye.TxT2Look.com is also national, even though we're located in San Antonio.

This can be done anywhere in the U.S.  It really is all internet.  If you'll go to either my website  alamoareavirtualtours.com  (sorry it seems that replies don't allow a link)  and on the first page are links to TxT2Look   or go directly to mindseye.txt2look.com and you'll see that you can apply and do all registering on line.  That includes you inputting what you want on each listing.  Try it one time    text HOBIE  at 43766 and you'll get the info on my test page, which actually is one of my homes in San Antonio. The signs can be ordered by phone to me.  The signs are permanent, i.e. when you are done with one listing, you simply take that sign, put it at another house, and replace the info on line.  As long as you keep your subscription up, the signs and info keep working for you.

Filling up flyer boxes fills up your pipeline.  The new proposition sounds interesting though as an add-on.  I'll take a look at it.

Be careful.  Someone has opted to add 360 onto my mindseye.txt2look.com and the price is not the same.  My direct site is mindseye.txt2look.com.   Better yet, to see what quality virtual tours are about, and realize that you can upload pics on your txt2look listings, go to my website:  alamoareavirtualtours.com.   The price for your txt2look sites can be as little as $2.95/listing/month.
