Great Eco GREEN House; You'll be GREEN with Envy; a Little GREEN can buy this . . .

The outside is painted a trendy GREEN shade.

The roof flaunts a GREEN garden.

The inside has an eclectic appeal with a GREEN color of trim.  

And the flooring is totally GREEN!  OH, not the color GREEN  -- beautiful Eco GREEN Bamboo hard woods!

When I was asked to home stage this home, I saw GREEN . . .

No, not the GREEN I was going to earn; but rather, the Green that stands for GO . .  YES, GO for it! 

And I am glad I did.  What a fabulous home this is going to be for some lucky new home owner in Atlanta, GA!

You may have seen my earlier post:  An Atlanta Home Staging Sneak Peak!  

In my post, I referenced the link to the Atlanta Green project.  The project was done by architect extraordinaire, David Butler & Associates, who in turn employed my services for the home staging. 

I also have the burning desire to thank Jenny Stevenson of Jenny Stevenson And Company, a Queen - a TOP DOG - in Atlanta Real Estate.  Thank you for referring me to David Butler for the staging project!  (Jenny, you rock!)

Now that I have paid my respects and sincere gratitude to these fabulous professionals, I have the privilege of displaying the project recently home staged by Peachtree Home Staging LLC.

Karen ~ Congrats on the staging of this Green home!  I like the use of natural materials in your staging (sticks & twigs instead of fake trees, cotton towels, metal and wood wall decor, etc.)  Good luck for a quick sale!!

Hi Maureen -- thank you for all the tips on how to stage green.  Of course, because of needed rental furniture that contains some plastics and glue, it cannot be 100% green unless there is a VERY large budget.  But it was a thrilling challenge to stay as "green" as possible.  I love sticks, so I only missed my green faux plants a little.  I did miss using faux fruit and the spot of color fruit adds.  

Hey there, Julia -- I like the "UMMMMM" look you used above in your comment.  I showed the before photo to my brother and he said his first reaction was that the windows were placed rather oddly; then he saw the staged photo and thought the windows were placed perfectly for my staging and accessories!  LOL

hi Kathy S!  Thank you so much!  Yeah, my husband said in disbelief, "you really think you can make a towel rack out of that basket?"  Stagers can make a towel rack out of lots of things, don't ya think? :-)

Thx Kathy!  I thought of you and Michelle Minch and your photography tips shared at the RESA Conference while taking my photos!  I had to have the lamps in the master off because one of the lamps blew a bulb right when I turned it on for the photo and I didn't have a spare . . .

Karen - I agree with your brother! Your pictures before staging show a home that would have confused 99% of buyers as they would not known how to place the furniture. You have now given them a wonderful space to imagine themselves living in.

hey there Debra!  Yeah, it was all about modern for sure.  And you know, as a stager, the next day we are doing a Victorian!  It's all about putting personal taste aside and going for the best presentation for the most potential buyers.
