Where has the time gone?

I look at the clock and the calendar and I'm amased it is the middle of February and already late this morning.  I keep looking for a way to get evertying done in a day that I should and need to accomplish, but it eludes me.  I will embrace time blocking some day so that I can accomplish more, but for today, I'll keep going from one thing to the next, touching all sorts of tasks and hopefully by the end of the day will be able to look back and mark some tasks as DONE.
