Brooklyn Park's Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Homebuyer Assistance Program is now available!
Brooklyn Park has $500,000 available to help people buy foreclosed and vacant homes for owner-occupancy. The program includes up to $10,000 in down payment assistance, up to $25,000 in rehabilitation funds, and for those who qualify, additional dollars to help make a home affordable.
Eligible homebuyers of foreclosed and vacant homes can apply for forgivable loans from one or both of the below programs:
Assistance is only available to income qualified owner-occupants buying foreclosed homes in specific neighborhoods in Brooklyn Park. To find out more about the program and determine if you qualify, contact me for an application:
