I have just become certified in this product and wanted to see if anyone has heard of it. It seems to be a great program for those who have some equity in their homes and want to pay it off sooner. I will not post any more info on this product as of yet but wanted to see who might have heard about it and if they have anything good or bad to say.

I did a blog about the very same thing. It is controversial to say the least. I received positive and negative comments. What it all boils down to is that a DISCIPLINED borrower with surplus income every month can really benefit. However, my personal feeling is that those perfect people are few and far between.
