DOCTORS ONLY LOAN PROGRAM!
On February 10, 2010 The Good Home Team announced that it was offering a Doctors Only Loan Program. We’ve had a lot of interest in this program and we just wanted to take some time to explain how the program works:
- You can be a Doctor or a Dentist to qualify for this program.
- Financing Available with no down payment – up to $1,000,000.
- Townhomes, Condos, and Single Family Homes are eligible.
- Student Loans that are deferred for 12 months are not counted in your qualifying ratios (this means you can qualify for a higher loan amount!).
