Hi Lori, well "tank ya vara much"  Must say my many talents do not include painting my own art..I don't know how you do it!! The pieces came from Value City furniture of all places. Their art is big and reasonably priced. Buying art is always an issue because cheap stuff has a short shelf life. Abstract is my fav because it's just color and goes with anything.

Valerie, You right, I've hesitatied telling new clients especially the ones you really have to sell on staging. We all know there are no quarentees. I always say we need the 3 P"s -  Price, Presentation, and Promotion. Thanks for your comments.

Leanne, This year our turn over is out of this world but there are still a dog or two out there that keeps our average pretty normal. According to the REA they are way over priced and even an amazing transformation doesn't over come that.
