Hello everyone. A tenant gave their notice to vacate and didn't pay their rent. The tenant is using their deposit as their last months rent.
What would you do?

Serve the property pay or quit *I think it is 3-days in CA * and file for UD. If you KNOW they are leaving file agains them for the Feb ren in Small Claims court.....serve them while you know where they are living IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY!

I agree with Wallace. Serve them a 3 day to pay or quit and serve them a small claims summons while you know where they live. I hope they aren't in Guerneville!
