A Sunny day in Tennessee and there isn't a cloud in the sky - It's time to go walk some land. We've been trying to show this great listing we have in Fairview TN to an interested couple for the past 3 weekends. Well, it has snowed or rained or just been too darn cold to walk the trac that is a little over 9 acreas.
Today would have been a great day... the sun is out, temperatures are in the high 40's. But today is a Thursday and my buyers are at work. Let's hope the weather remains this wonderful so we can get out there and walk that beautiful piece of country only minutes from Downtown Nashville.
