X-Selleration is a two part course featuring all the "how-tos" for agents. Upon completion agents will:

1. Gain a stronger understanding of the real estate industry.
2. Be able to identify and steer clear of any violations of the law and of code of ethics.
3. Effectively service clients and prepare accurate CMA's.
4. Develop an effective plan for marketing and develop quality listing and buyer presentations.
5. Expand on abilities to write offers, win-win negotiating, and more!
