Why in January have we sold 6 new construction homes in this subdivision? Why have these homes lasted only 5-10 days on the market once listed? Why are these homes selling for higher than list price? Why are some of these homes being sold to non-first time home buyers who are not motivated by a tax credit? What is the motivation? Why are we selling (and certainly not the only ones)?
