Tonya:  I have been to Celina quite a few times... and it's a great area.  I agree with you that slowly but surely it will become a powerhouse of a city.

By the way... I suggest that you break up the one super-big paragraph in you post into perhaps five or six smaller paragraphs.  It makes it much, much easier to read... especially for my older eyes.
