Overland Park area is my favorite (my cousins lived there when I was little!)  Anyways at least your $$ declines haven't been as sharp as ours!  That's a good way to look at it ;)

Fernando, the charts do make an easy to understand picture, don't they?

Renee, Kansas City has had gentle waves of change rather than the titanic peaks & valleys of the harder hit areas in our country. Overall, we have ended up with a 0.5% change in prices since 2002.
