Our Stand Alone Patio Home is under contract
We had an open house at 1211 Peppertree drive 2 weeks ago. We had some people who had been watching this property very close for several weeks.
When they saw the Open House and their friends who lived in the neighborhood reported that several people came through, they became very motivated.
This tells me one thing, YOU never know who is watching.
That is soo true. We never know who is watching.. the one thing I am sure of ...someone is watching.

Debe, Yes they really love it, her mom is in an assisted care unit just down the street. Makes their life easier not having to commute 40 miles in bad weather.
Carla, you never know who is watching. We play golf at a residential golf course community and know a lot of people there. They are watching- no throwing your clubs, they will post pictures in the clubhouse. LOL
Congratulations on the offer and much luck thru the inspection. Great job Nick, those open houses usually do grab people out there and invite them in!
