Leona was quite the legend...my brother sold some of her hotels to a Shiek a number of years ago....she was rolling over then too...but above ground !

She and her husband, Harry, were actually quite generous with employees and their charities.  I think her rep is underserved and she was a PIONEER WOMAN Realtor in NY back in the Apt to Coop craze

Wallace - Those figures are mind boggling.  It is hard to comprehend a $60 million dollar price reduction.

TROUBLE got $2m at $100,000 per year~~her son committed suicide I think and she had grand children but daughter-in-law remarried and they were estranged.
