Yike I remember those silly little Troll dolls when they were all the rage.  However that one isn't going to end up on a shelf in the bedroom unless I want a very wet floor.

Hi Joanne, Never ever ever laugh at a Snow Troll, it makes them really mad!

Hi Cindy, You are correct, they are a distant cousin to those troll's. Legend has it that the Snow Troll evolved from a Troll doll that escaped from Santa's North Pole workshop. After living for a milennia in the cold and baron wastes of the north pole, Snow Trolls have developed a rather bad attitude problem.

Nowadays they can be found all over the world! If it's cold and you know where to look, occasionally you will see them.

Your snow troll had several cousins/brothers/sisters out and about last week. They've all gone back into hiding, though.

Hi Liz, Thanks, you have to be quick on the draw to get a snap of one of these Snow Troys. No, I didn't building him, judging my the height of this hair I would say he is at least 450 years young.

Hi Jim & Maria, You must have sharp eyes and now where to look. Well done.

Alan,

That's a good creation. Looks like he just might be keeping the snow from getting any closer. :)
