Instead of making an appointment to view the home, the potential buyer continues looking online until something more interesting catches their attention.
This house was listed for about $150,000. Why would anyone stage a house that was in that price range?
Because while the average days on market in this area is over 150 days, this house received an offer within 5 days.
Using materials the owner had onhand, a new path was made and curb appeal was improved!
Simple, basic staging was hired - even though the price point is low, this seller knew the value of having the home show well before it was listed.

Receiving an offer in five days in any market is great! In January 2010 - the sellers knew it was fabulous! They knew by preparing well, pricing correctly and staging their home they improved their odds of selling quickly!
