Frontier Corner in Victor Idaho was one of my first development ventures. I brought the city its first Planned Unit Development. When this project is fully built out it will have roughly 22,000 square feet of commercial building space and roughly 21,000 square feet of mixed office residential.
My vision for this development was a little ahead of its time. With zero lot lines and a mixed use plan setting the buildings to the front and the parking behind out of site. With this plan I set the stage for a walk-able community. My construction company managed the construction of three of the six new buildings in this development. My Development Company planned the project, took it through entitlement and managed the development. I then marketed and sold the lots and buildings to investors and end users. This was the beginning of a number of great investment opportunities in Teton Valley Idaho.
