Nice look and feel. However here we get a lot of complaints from seniors that they can not read the white text on sites. SO we opt for black text and lots of white space. Easier on their eyes.:)

I like the simple direct approach to the site. as mentioned it needs to be easy for seniors.
The nice size pictures automatically flashing on the front page are very effective.
One question: the Live Help says its available MTD. Is that an out of state call center?
since the properties are in Atlanta wouldn't a EST be more appropriate?
Obviously this is a client business decision.
