 The Cape Elizabeth real estate markets saw a whopping 10 transactions take place at a median price point of 328K after sitting on the market for a median days on market of 84 compared with only 3 homes having sold at a median price of 445K after sitting on the market for 42 days in January 2009. This desirable suburb continues to shed some value relative to the city of Portland housing market, but like most of the region stabilization seems to be returning.
