Spring Market is upon us
The real estate market in Bergen County, NJ has certainly been picking up speed. In the last several weeks, I have seen more real estate agent showings of my listings, bidding wars, buyers making offers and better open house acitivity and quality of leads. I think the buyers that are looking to take advantage of the tax credit have realized they must move on it now in order to close on time, or possibly lose out. Even thought spring is not upon us, it certain is starting to feel like it around here. how is your market?
