One thing about blogging is the necessity to keep it up. With all the day to day maintenance of websites and prospecting for new leads the only way to get this done is to time block. Well, I'm going to make a concerted effort to do just that.

My biggest concern is the seeming lack of urgency among first time buyers and qualified seller/buyers regarding the first time home buyer's tax credit. There are only 67 days and change to take advantage and we believe that this will not be extended again.
