Fixer Uppers in Bucks County, Pa.

This is a good time to invest in real estate. Investors can buy homes and fix them up and rent them out.

Prices are low and there are many consumers looking to rent.

I looked up residential listings in Bucks County, Pa priced upto $300,000.

I looked for fixer uppers because I receive lots of calls from people who are looking to buy such homes to either fix it and live in it or rent it out or flip it.

There are 93 homes priced under $300,000 that need TLC

There are 6 in Bensalem,6 in Warrington township,there is 1 in Upper Southampton,1 in Warminster township and 2 in Warwick township.

63 of the above homes are $200k or less.

Gerry, It is going to be more difficult after April, with the  new Fha guidelines.

Gita - In this economy we are seeing a lot more fixers than we used to.  Even so I was amazed at how many fixers there are in your area.  I hope you have plenty of clients who are ready to take advantage of this market.
