These homes in Franklin TN may interest you. Yesterday was a beautiful day in sunny Franklin TN. I am usually showing properties or
working an open house. The January and February weather here has been colder than usual. I knew it was going to be a sunny day so I decided not to work. My husband quickly informed me that he was going to watch the golf tournament on TV. My kids both had a paper due on Monday for school. They had left it until the last minute and had to finish.
Since I was on my own for the day, I decided to attend some open houses of homes that recently came on the market that I wanted to see. The trip ended up being worthwhile.
The first home on my list was located at 1345 Ascot Lane, Franklin. This home just came on the market 13 days ago. It sits on .86 of an acre wooded lot and is located in the Redwing Meadows subdivision. This 3,244 square foot home has recently been renovated and is priced at $389,900. The kitchen has beautiful custom cabinets, high-end appliances and granite countertops. It looks like a gourmet kitchen. This home is a four bedroom, 2.5 bath with basement. The patio has a gas fireplace. The home has an upgraded HVAC system and the roof has recently been replaced.
The second home on my list was 288 Stonehaven Circle, Franklin. This home is located in Sullivan Farms at the south end of Franklin. This home is 2,640 square feet and priced at $304,997. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom is quite large at 28 x 13. It has a nice sitting area in the room. It has an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings. The real selling feature of this house is the beautiful in-ground salt water pool. It's hard to believe that you would find such a nice feature at this price point.
Then I ventured on to the Westhaven subdivison located on the west side of Franklin. There were several homes in this subdivision that I wanted to see and time was beginning to run short. The first home in Westhaven was located at 326 Starling, Franklin. This home is 2,541 square feet priced at $440,000. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street the home has a large fenced in back yard. This home has the usual amenities of a home found in Westhaven; hardwood floors, maple cabinets and granite countertops. However, I think, the nicest selling feature is the 550 square foot unfinished bonus space above the garage. This space has a separate outdoor entrance making it a great location for a guest suite, teen suite or in-law suite. Although this space is unfinished, it has been plumbed and pre-wired.
Next on my list was 702 Pearre Springs Way, Franklin. This home is also located in Westhaven. This home is a 3,578 square feet priced at $545,500. It is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. The home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. I especially liked the two enclosed porches on the front of the house. The home has beautiful maple cabinets, granite countertops and hardwood floors on the main level.
The final home of the day located in Westhaven at 536 Ardmore Place, Franklin. This home is 2,775 square feet priced at $479,900. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house. The home has a formal dining room and butlers pantry. The home also has an office with french doors off the main living space. The master is located downstairs. There is a bonus room on the second floor that could easily be converted to a fourth bedroom.
