While driving on the interstate last week I noticed how many billboards are vacant. It is yet another validation that print advertising is not the place to invest your money or your time....people no longer LOOK at print ads for content. They look for domain names! AND Search Engines...

Jeff: I believe you are correct.  While I am frankly happy at the prospect of seeing less billboards in our American skyline, I am sad at the decline in newspapers across the country.  I suppose that's mostly nostalgia, though- at least for now, the future of advertising is seemingly entrenched in the internet.
