Are you ready for the foreclosure crisis to come to an end?

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX EDGE

wow.... so..... how has this housing crisis affected you? Most of us straped on our seat belt and took alot of courses to get us through the hard times, like talking short sales classes , gaining our CDPE and trying to get the most information to our clients to save their credit or home. In this market you need to be on top of your game , if you have not taken any of these courses you will struggle in the next few years with all of the bank owned property's and short sales that will be coming our way.  Information to your clients is the key and getting the correct inforamtion by taking classes and designations will get you all the info you will need to help your clients move on. Start today and get closer to being able to understand that what is happening in our market directly affects you, are you ready for what 2010 has to offer?

Everyone needs to further their education in this shifting market. Keeping up with the trends and best practices is the only way to survive. I agree that designations are important however they only become important when applied and practiced regularly. Thanks for the post; it does make a good point. Get, be and stay educated about your industry!
