JUST ASK THEM...No two clients are the same. Some are clearer than others in expressing their wants, needs, desires. Sometimes the customer is confused and vague. Our job is to help them decide what they want, so we can help them get what they want.  

Here is your ACTION STEP....there's a pop song out right now by Adam Lambert called "Whataya Want From Me?". It fits very nicely for today's Sales Tip. Don't complicate things...Just Ask Them. Here's two questions that really clear away the confusion:

1) What would have to happen for you to go ahead and make a buying decision right now?

2) What do you need to see, hear, or feel to move forward today?

Remember my two rules...Keep it Simple & become a Master of asking Great Questions! NO Excuses.
