And how many of them decide that it's just too cold, too expensive, too...whatever... there? Send them to McDowell!!
McDowell County is the absolute best answer for your clients who want views, water, and low prices. I know this market inside and out, I'm excellent at retention, and I joyfully pay referral fees.
