It feels like Spring. The sun is out the birds are chirping and I am looking for a spring cleaning checklist. I want to include it in my Newsletter and Website but I can't find any online. Can you help me? Martha Stewart has some good checklist but they are not all inclusive. Some other website has bullet points and description on what to do but I am looking for an actual list.

Trevor - I've got a general sprucing up list some agents use for their clients that perhaps you can use/modify? I'm preparing a series of "spring cleaning" tips, to include in my blog and newsletters as well. I've found that many people find it overwhelming to receive a full list, when some things don't apply to their specific need. Sometimes just a few tips and where they can get more information is a good approach too! I'll email you the list to see if it helps in any way.
