Interesting...I know in about 2004 this was such a hot topic and many homes were disqualified for affordable insurance...i haven't heard it being a problem in recent years though!

Bob: very interesting, thanks for sharing. It seem s a bit unfair to be penalized in the future for making a legitimate claim. Isn't that why we buy insurance? I understand the need to weed out those who try to milk their insurance company but it seems they are all lumped together with those who are only using insurance for the purpose it was intended.
