Suwanee, Georgia - One of Money Magazine's Top 10 Places to Live

Wow, what an honor!  Suwanee, Georgia, where I do the majority of my real estate business, has just been named one of the best places to live in the USA by Money Magazine.  I already knew that it was a great place to live, as I have lived here for the past 11 years.  I moved here from Miami, Florida, and, let me tell you, I thought I had gone to heaven on earth.  This area is just awesome!  People are friendly, homes are affordable, taxes are low, and schools are great.  Who could ask for anything more?  Plus, we are just minutes away from Downtown Atlanta, which sports the new Georgia Aquarium, the Georgia Dome, Atlanta Stadium (home of the Braves), CNN Center, the new Coca Cola Exhibit and scores of theatres and museums.  All I can tell you is that if you are thinking of moving South, this should definitely be one of the places that you check out.  Since I sell real estate in the area, I would love to help you do that.  You can contact me at 404-625-7398.  You can also check out my profile for more information.
