Customer service is key. This idea from Robert has long been used by many of the Allen Hainge Cyberstars. It is so much more convenient for clients and a real time saver for us as agents.

Disclosure Documents, the Easy Way Submitted by Robert Drummer, Clearwater, Florida,813-842-3134, robert@hometeamtampa.com Our MLS allows us to upload PDF files in addition to photos. We create a PDF file of all disclosure documents and attach it to the listing. Now buyer agents can download and print disclosures at any time, day or night.

Our MLS allows us to do that as well, and we do. We also design a separate website for each property we list, and purchase the property address as a domain name, and one of the links on those sites is the disclosure package as well. With that one, potential buyers can download it as well.
