Internet Lead Best Practices - Do you know your numbers?

A previous post generated a lot of steam but as they say the proof is in the pudding.  So we can't have a discussion about "best methods"  without knowing our numbers.  Yes we can say I prefer this or I do that, but if we don't know our success ratios what does it really mean?

The debate there was to call or not to call when visitors register and are required to leave their number to gain access to your site or IDX search.  The REALTOR® Mag said NO and I disagreed but there was a good split of responses on both sides and some right down the middle.   
Bouncing off the enthusiasm of a previous post about the 6 Best Practices for On-Line Leads, which generated a lot of opposing views, I would like to give you the opportunity to post your numbers.

It is simple if you know them.
  1. How many visitors per month does your site get
  2. What percentage of those register with you 
  3. What percentage of those do you convert to customers
  4. How many have you closed (most recent)
Confession time,  I am going through my converter internet leads just now so I can post.  Consider anybody you've had either an email or phone conversation with and they've expressed interest to continue the dialog, a converted lead.

Yes I do know. and I can tell you that around 3 percent of my visitors sign in and we are converting around 10 percent into active clients.
