1. Try to use all modern media to advertise your house. Now it’s very popular to use the Internet. Submit your ad to some sites where potential buyers can see it. You need detailed descriptions and some good photos. Nowadays about 80% of all deal are done because people searched on the Internet.

2. If you want to sell your house quickly, put some very noticeable sings in the area where you live to advertize your property. You should make the sign attractive and eye-catching; put the phone number or the address.

3. One more way to advertize your house is to print flyers and to distribute them everywhere. You need some information and pictures and some possible price.

4. Be ready to be in touch all the time. You should eager to answer the calls and receive visitors any time to show the house and reply all the questions.

Selling a house FSBO is not an easy variant. It’s very difficult to deal alone and it’s desirable to have a team, good knowledge of law procedures and a lot of patience.
