Gabrielle....it's a window that is in a boxed out frame.....it's another lump and a bump on what would just be a flush wall.....2000 s.f. in this unit.....

At a price of $355k and common fees at $200 and the exteriors looking so pretty, it's a great buy. Do you have many 55 and over communities in Ma? Here on Long Island our demand is high, but supply is really low!
