NO NO NO NO, Do not do this.

If you are looking to boost your website with the search engines this is the wrong way to go about it.  reciprocal linking was preached a few years ago, but if you do it more than a little now you risk having the hammer dropped on your site by Google and Yahoo.

If you want to do Contextual Linking, that is another story, but the links need to have at least 3 sentences about the linked to site or area as well.  If you are interested in that I would be willing to do that.

Be careful using link exchange to promote your site. Times are changing in the seo world.

Jerry, James is correct.  Do not reciprocate links to other sites.  Google is now penalizing people that are doing this.  It could be very harmful to your site by doing this.

Stay as far away from reciprocal linking as you can!  Try to get one way links to your site.  But don't link back to someone that links to you!  BAD BAD BAD!!

Also, I have heard that you don't want a major increase in links in a short period of time.  They should be gradual as you find the information to link to.
