Property Research Network has been providing specialized appraisal and appraisal review services since 1997 on numerous highway, roadway, pipeline, public utility and facility expansion projects in the State of Texas. 

Galen F. Morrison is the owner and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (TX-1328244-G).  Galen's experience includes 10 years as owner of Property Research Network, 9+ years with the Texas Department of Transportation as a Staff Right of Way Appraiser, 2 years with Smith County Appraisal District as a Residential Appraiser and Mapping Technician, one year with A.T.&T. Longlines, Inc. as a civil draftsman, and 5 years with the Exxon Company, U.S.A. as an exploration draftsman.  He has also done some part-time drafting instruction at Tyler Junior College.  Galen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler in Industrial Technology, an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Tyler Junior College in Drafting, and an Associate in Arts Degree from Tyler Junior College in General Studies.

Tina Morrison is co-owner and the company business manager.  Tina's experience includes over 20 years of accounting/bookkeeping for a timber company, real estate company and appraisal firm.  She also managed multiple locations of video and movie rental stores, as well as a former dispatcher/clerk for the City of Rusk, Texas Police Department.  Tina attended Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Texas and Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.

Galen and Tina are members of Green Acres Baptist Church and the Paul Christman Sunday School Class.  They enjoy church, family and school activities with their children.  They are supporters of Bishop T.K. Gorman Catholic High School, St. Paul's Children's Foundation, Tyler Junior College Alumni Association, and The University of Texas at Tyler Alumni Association.
