Bow NH has held up well from 2008 to 2009. There was a slight INCREASE in avg sales price price as well as the number of homes sold from 2008 to 2009. Some other area towns have seen a decline of up to 10% or more from 2008 to 2009. At the current rate of transactions there is currently over a 1 year worth of inventory on the market in Bow NH.
