How much do realtors know about radon? I had a realtor call the other day and when I asked if his client would like the home tested for radon ,he replied " We don't have much of that around here". Are you kidding?! I tested home in that area with very high levels. This area of the country has the highest levels.I can test one house and the one next to it will have totally different levels.Oviously he has not had much education on the subject of Radon. I didn't want to argue with him because he was price checking for his client.If I do get the inspection ,you can bet I will give the buyer all the radon info available.
