WHAT?? NO REBLOG???? THWARTED! .. . . I was thwarted today when I read the AGENCY DISCLOSURE for Michigan. The post below accusing agents and brokers of "THE BIG LIE", appears to be . . . . . shall we say. . . LESS THAN ACCURATE?????

However, a copy of the MICHIGAN DISCLOSURE OF AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS posted in COMMENT #46 clearly permits Buyers Agency in addition to Dual Agency and Designated Agency.
