Make sure to log into your account and see the new change that is going to be happening in 30 days. It relates to how you will be updating your keys. If you normally sync your key by calling in you will have to make the changes. You will have to check your key by: turning the key on, choose esync, choose settings, look in the top right hand corner and see if your connection type is a supra dial up, then you will have to change the phone number if the number shown is 602-383-0005 and change it to 623-707-0005. then enter a dial prefix, if you need to, and then choose the box to place a checkmark, choose ok to save the change. Your key should start to dial the new # the next time you want to esync your key. Support is offered at 1-877-699-6787 and you can print a list of this when you log in to your account.
