Greenwood SC Realtor Recipe Of The Week Lunch On The Run

My youngest daughter is like her mother she is on the run most of the time trying to juggle a almost full time job as a home health care aide while she is in school pursuing a nursing degree and has a small amount of time to grab a bite to eat in between work and school. She has turned into quite the cook somewhere between slipping her peas to the dog and adulthood ( she's turning 21 in a couple of weeks) her special we call it Cheeze Toast Pizza it is a favorite in our home. You can change it up as you like.

Jessica's Cheeze Toast Pizza

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Ingredients

Bread (as many pieces as you need and kind you like)

Cheddar,Romano or Provolone Cheese your choice (shredded kind)

Cherry tomatoes or sun dried

Basil

Italian Bread Crumbs

Cut cherry tomatoes into small slices

Spread generous amount of cheese on each slice of bread

Put tomatoes on top evenly distributed

Sprinkle on basil 

Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top of everything

Bake until brown and bubbly! It's 10 minutes to heaven for a quick lunch.  Bon Appetite
