Short Sale Liens - Shared Info on Google Reader

With regard to Real Estate in the Santa Clarita Valley - We wish to advise you that our blogs and other information is not for the faint of heart.  With us being very comfortable being questioned by all types of Law Enforcement, when it comes to those that don't ask any questions and take out word for everything Real Estate as Gospel - I cannot help to want to ask the Client if they have any questions and prod them into asking.

Don't take it for granted that the person you are hiring has your best interest at heart.  If you are signing disclosures, contracts, or other documents that are outside of the "regular" CAR (real estate) forms, you need to get a second opinion.

When you are signing secrecy documents, threatening lawsuits if you divulge the "agents" secret method of operation, or are signing documents with a ton of ************* exclusions, exceptions, and other items that might include becoming a registered voter or organ donor - GET A SECOND opinion!!!!

If you are thinking about having a Short Sale negotiated - you will want to make sure those you hire do a deep title search so a Lien will not hold up the process when an approval is achieved.
