Don't take it for granted that the person you are hiring has your best interest at heart. If you are signing disclosures, contracts, or other documents that are outside of the "regular" CAR (real estate) forms, you need to get a second opinion.
When you are signing secrecy documents, threatening lawsuits if you divulge the "agents" secret method of operation, or are signing documents with a ton of ************* exclusions, exceptions, and other items that might include becoming a registered voter or organ donor - GET A SECOND opinion!!!!
