Mirasol is the one of the closest condo communities that is walking distance to downtown Celebration Florida.  There have been two closed sales this year in this community of 209 condos.  The last closed sale was March 19, 2007. 

There are currently listed with the Mid Florida Regional MLS 11 units at the Mirasol ranging from $365,900 - $675,000.

George -- this is a new construction community, it is not entirely out of line that there has not been more sales.

Kevin -- the market is slow, but we are seeing things pick up.   When you come to town let me know, perhaps I can meet up with you.
